
Coaching Services & Prices
Our 2024 Coaching Services offer just our premium package to ensure all our athletes get the best service possible.
At Maple Leaf Tri Sport we restrict the number of athletes because we work with each athlete as an individual we have no sample training plans we can send to prospective athletes as no two plans are the same. Every athlete that comes to us, does so with a different goal, and the athletes we work with vary from novice triathletes doing sprints to experienced iron distance athletes.
Monthly Rolling Triathlon Training Plans – £150/month
(3 spaces available)

1) The initial set up fee includes:
2)Goal setting for the season with some interim goals for each phase of training
3) A phased plan of what you can expect in your training plan
A biomechanical screening to establish your strength and conditioning plan
4) Baseline testingThe set up is an important part of our process and we do this through video analysis and a zoom call 1:1 to ensure we get to know your aspirations, what your current level of fitness is to establish baselines and where to target strength and conditioning.
Part of the set up also includes a look at your biomechanics and running gait. All of this then helps to decide what strength and conditioning would help to improve your biomechanics and establish what we need to focus on in the run sessions.

A weekly 30 min coaching call to discuss your plan for the coming week. This enables the athlete and coach to discuss what is working and potential adaptions to ensure that your plan is working for you to keep you working towards your goals. This is a truly Athlete centred plan.

A Premium Training Peaks account which we can both securely access and edit at any point. During the week you update your training and results. At your weekly coaching call we review your progress, then plan and publish your sessions for the following week. You can view and importantly edit your plan either via an online portal or on your Smartphone. For more on Training Peaks please check out www.trainingpeaks.com

Ongoing support via email or text. I aim to reply to these messages within 24 hours, though you will be given advance notice of times I might not be available.

We offer sessions at £30/hour (group rates available)
Whether you’re new to front crawl , you want to go from breaststroke to front crawl or you just want to get faster or go further, our open water swim coaching has something for everyone.
